Unfortunate news for fans of Arkham Horror: The Card Game today, as executives announced that both the Investigator and Campaign boxes would be delayed, pending Blood of Thoth generating even one action.

“We realize players are very excited for the upcoming product,” said FFG in a recent statement. “Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have run out of the actions needed to release the Investigator and Campaign boxes.”

“We intend to release these boxes once our Blood of Thoth generates an action,” the statement continued, “which we expect will be approximately one month from now.”

“Of course, after using our action to release the Investigator box, our Blood of Thoth will be exhausted and have no more offerings. We ask players to please be patient as we work on generating the additional action needed to release the Campaign box as well.”

At press time, FFG was adding another offering to Blood of Thoth by retiring another old product.
